AJC-P International, Liberia

Our founder and Servant leader - Allen Nyeka of AJC-P International, LLC based in the USA, and also founded "AJC-P International", NGO based in Liberia, committed to supporting people with other abilities (commonly referred to as disabilities) in the West African Region. The vision is to expand similar services to other West African Countries (Ivory Coast, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ghana, etc.) through a partnership model.

Allen has worked in diverse communities across West Africa, Australia, and the United States. He possesses extensive hands-on experience in various mid-management positions before assuming an executive management role overseeing employment programs at Community Options, Inc., a national nonprofit organization dedicated to developing housing and employment supports for individuals with disabilities. Allen is passionate about disability services, having mentored numerous individuals who have secured employment at the federal, state, and local government levels.

He has witnessed—and continue to witness—a troubling and persistent gap in services and support for individuals with disabilities. This gap is especially stark in Africa most particularly in the West African region, where the lack of resources and recognition is difficult to comprehend. Too often, these individuals are sidelined, misunderstood, chained, abandoned or completely overlooked, despite their immense potential.

This is why Allen also founded AJC-P International Liberia's Chapter, West Africa, and partnering with like-minded individuals and families globally to help change that narrative. He is fully aware of the complex challenges ahead—political, social, religious, financial, cultural, and geographical. Yet, he also recognizes the incredible opportunities that exist to create lasting impact. AJC-P International stands as a commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and dignity for people with other abilities across Liberia, West Africa and beyond.

This includes volunteer opportunities, paid job training programs, and support for self-employment. Every person deserves the chance to contribute meaningfully and be economically empowered.

  • 2. CHART: Community Health Assessment, Rehabilitation & Treatment

This program delivers clinical mental health and behavioral support services using internationally recognized, evidence-based practices. Services are provided in collaboration with behavioral, social, and healthcare professionals from around the world, ensuring culturally competent and effective support.

  • 3. HAATS: Healthcare, Advocacy, Awareness, Training & Support

Our Community Ambassador Program (CAP) trains and mobilizes young people to engage in civic education, advocate for vulnerable populations – people with disabilities, and spread awareness. By nurturing empathy and responsibility, we are shaping the next generation of inclusive leaders and changemakers.

AJC-P International exists to serve, to empower, and to change perceptions—one community at a time. Together, we can create a community, nation and continent where people with other abilities (disabilities) are seen not as burdens, but as contributors, leaders, and equals.
